MEET & GREET

I understand that not every pet will be comfortable with a stranger entering their home when they are alone after just one visit, which is why I offer each client up to four, free 'Meet & Greet' sessions. This gives your pet a chance to get to know me and become comfortable with me being around.

My priority is for both you and your pet to be happy and comfortable, even if it requires several meetings.

I will meet you and your pet in the comfort of your own home, at your chosen time. This gives all of us the perfect opportunity to get to know each other.

During our initial meeting, we will discuss all of the information needed to care for your pet. This will also give you the chance to ask any questions and show me around your home (e.g. where your food bowls, leads, towels etc are kept). 

If a walking service is booked we will also head out together on a short walk to give me a better understanding of how your dog reacts in a walking environment. Whilst out we can discuss any commands they know and any potential issues that may occur (eg if they are reactive to dogs, if they like to chase certain things etc).

This walk not only gives you the chance to observe me walking your dog, it also gives you the opportunity to see how we interact and make sure they are completely happy and comfortable with me being around.

If either of us feel that a further 'Meet & Greet' would be beneficial, this can be arranged prior to moving forward.
